**Job Description:**
The Utilities SME will be responsible for ensuring all systems are compliant with regulatory requirements, including quality, EHS, and local regulations.
* Develop Project Requirements Documents (PRDs) and User Requirements Specs (URSs)
* Participate in system design reviews and equipment selection
* Evaluate drawings and technical data required for utilities systems
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering discipline
* A minimum of 8 years' experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities as a maintenance engineer or utilities specialist
