Account Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Administrator to manage funding programs, process payments, and oversee contracts in a full-time position.
This is a vital support role for our team, requiring strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach.
Duties:
* Manage all funding programs with efficiency and accuracy.
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconciliations.
* Provide timely reminders and updates to staff on relevant deadlines.
* Respond promptly to queries from parents and managers.
* Process invoices, direct debits, and deposits efficiently.
* Coordinate room registers, Leavers and Starters reports, and mandates.
* Handle cancellations, booking changes, and refunds effectively.
* Monitor and update the debt collection balance regularly.
* Process weekly refunds and ensure accurate accounting.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in accounts receivable and administration.
* Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
