We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to our managers, assist with orders, entering rotas/schedules and accounts support.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist managers with orders.
Support the Accounts and HR Managers
Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
Organise and maintain office files, ensuring that all documents are readily accessible.
Perform general clerical duties, including data entry
Manage stationary supplies
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering good relationships with team members.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as an office assistant or in similar administrative roles.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong computer proficiency
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
