We're seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to help grow a well‑established business in the building materials sector. You'll focus on winning new business, managing key trade accounts, and delivering excellent service across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow relationships with existing trade customers (builders, contractors, developers).
2. Identify and secure new business opportunities locally and regionally.
3. Achieve sales targets, GP margins, and account growth goals.
4. Promote the full product range and maximise revenue through upselling and cross‑selling.
5. Maintain strong product knowledge and provide technical support when required.
6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
7. Update CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
8. Monitor customer accounts to ensure payment terms are met.
Skills & Experience
Required:
9. Proven field sales experience within the construction or builders' merchant sector - this is essential.
10. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
11. Self‑motivated with excellent territory and time management.
12. Full, clean driving licence.
Preferred:
13. Knowledge of building materials.
14. CRM experience.
15. Understanding of the local trade customer base.

16. Office/HQ: Clondalkin, Dublin 22
17. Territory: Clondalkin or Coolock
