This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a milestone Hilton launch.As Reservations Manager, you will work with the Sales, Marketing & Revenue teams to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across all departments.The position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategy and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiativeWhat You'll DoMonitor and analyse reservation trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Works with the Revenue Manager to communicate local market information and trends.Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders.Delivering training and assisting in the development of the reservations teamEnsuring all reservations are inputted and correspondence is cross-checked from guests.Ensuring all guests needs are communicated to the Front Office TeamMaximising revenue for both individual and group businesses at peak timesFamiliarity with various hotel internet booking sites used and in operation.Producing reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Provide regular reports and updates to the Commercial Director, Revenue Manager, General Manager and other stakeholders.Line Management and leadership of the reservations team consisting of groups executive and reservations agent, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and engaged.Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and all regulatory requirements are met.Implement new systems and technologies as needed to improve efficiency and customer service.Candidate ProfileEducation & Experience:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Knowledge of reservation systems and technologies, and the ability to implement new systems as required.Pre-opening or conversion experience is highly desirable.Why JMK GroupCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus.On going training and developmentOpportunities for progression within JMK GroupDiscounted rates across JMK hotelsStaff social eventsJoin Us and Make It MemorableJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
