* Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and maximise productivity.
* Oversee day-to-day activities and manage a team of professionals to achieve performance targets.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans.
* Identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to minimise costs.
* Build and maintain relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors.
* Devise strategies to ensure growth and expansion of programmes company-wide.

Requirements
* A relevant Business Degree or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in senior leadership roles in an appropriate field.
* Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Effective communication and negotiation skills, capable of building lasting client relationships.
