Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client documentation, updating information in CRM systems, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing both physical and digital client documentation to ensure all information is up-to-date.
2. Updating information via Wealth Track or IO, our Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, in addition to the Share Drive.
3. Uploading documentation in a timely manner.
4. Reviewing where appropriate, and carefully monitoring activity levels.
5. Completing client application forms on behalf of Advisers to ensure that all necessary information is captured correctly.
6. Effective case management from new business applications in pensions, investments, and life assurance utilising the IO system and other available reporting tools, to when the policy is issued.
7. Carry out initial new business case checking to ensure applications are fully up-to-date and completed accurately.
8. Liaising closely with Advisers and other teams, as well as a variety of 3rd parties.
9. General administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, and filing.
10. Collaborate and engage with the Compliance Manager to ensure all investment-related information provided to clients is accurate and fully up-to-date.
11. Adhere to all compliance obligations when processing new business cases, including AML and KYC protocols and administration in line with the Central Bank of Ireland's obligations.
12. Keep abreast of the regulatory environment, data protection, and the role of the Central Bank of Ireland.
13. Involvement in current and future project work.
14. Act at all times in a professional and ethical manner.
15. Assist with other operational duties within the organisation as required.
