Job Title: Support Worker - Intellectual Disability Services

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with adults with complex needs, supporting them in their day-to-day activities and encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You will also be responsible for building positive relationships with both service users and staff team members.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting service users in their day-to-day activities
* Encouraging independence and engagement in meaningful activities
* Building positive relationships with service users and staff team members
* Assisting with the general upkeep of the residential service
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Requirements:
* A minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care or related field OR registration with CORU
* Minimum 1 year's experience working with adults with complex needs
* The ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
* A calm, empathetic approach
* Full clean driver's licence
