Establish Technical Leadership at a Customer Site in Dublin 12
Job Responsibilities:
* Monitor technical performance using data and KPIs.
* Guide maintenance routines to improve machine uptime and reliability.
* Ensure all scheduled maintenance is completed, documented, and compliant with internal standards.
* Build strong working relationships with operational teams to meet customer expectations.
* Lead preventive maintenance strategies to reduce breakdowns and increase equipment availability.
* Use systems to track issues, identify root causes, and recommend modifications or upgrades.
* Support the team in responding to changing demands with flexibility and customer focus.
* Collaborate with management on equipment downtime and repair strategies.
* Identify improvement opportunities using structured problem-solving tools.
Requirements:
* Third Level Degree in Relevant Engineering Discipline (Electronic or Mechatronic preferred).
* Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Supervisor or Lead in a Manufacturing Environment.
* Strong knowledge of Electro-Mechanical, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics.
* Excellent Interpersonal skills for communicating technical problems to non-technical individuals.
* Advanced problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis.
