Payroll Solution Specialist
Elevate payroll services by configuring SAP ECC Payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types that align with business objectives.
Job Overview:
* Configure and implement SAP ECC Payroll schemas to meet client requirements.
* Collaborate with clients to evaluate the accuracy of integration between SAP HCM modules, including Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Benefits.
* Develop and execute comprehensive payroll cycles, encompassing pre-payroll, payroll run, post-payroll, and period-end closing activities.
* Design and implement unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing for payroll processes.
* Investigate and resolve payroll issues related to schema logic or incorrect results in tables such as RT, CRT, and BT.
* Strong experience with core SAP ECC HCM modules: Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management, and UK Payroll.
* Broad exposure to additional HCM areas, including Personnel Management, Training & Event Management, and Performance Management.
* Proficiency in ABAP with hands-on development experience.
* Experience integrating SAP ECC HCM with other SAP and third-party systems using SAP CPI.
* Participation in 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations or system upgrades.
* Participation in 2+ support pack rounds.
