Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the company's EHS Management System on the project
Promote a positive health and safety culture on site among site management, contractors, and workers
Monitor EHS compliance on site and produce weekly inspections and reports
Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team
Influence and coach the site team in the implementation of best-practice EHS standards
Requirements
Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
7+ years' experience in health and safety roles
Previous experience on construction projects in data centre and groundworks projects
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with database systems
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others
