Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen: Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans; cleaning work surfaces, floors, and equipment.
Assisting chefs and kitchen staff: Preparing basic ingredients, peeling vegetables, and helping with simple food prep tasks.
Waste management: Disposing of kitchen waste and recycling appropriately.
Stock handling: Receiving deliveries, storing ingredients correctly, and checking for freshness.
Ensuring hygiene and safety: Following food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Supporting general kitchen operations: Moving supplies, refilling items, and assisting wherever needed in the kitchen.
