Overview
AtkinsRéalis are seeking a motivated Architectural Technician to join our architectural team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technician with strong CAD/BIM skills and relevant years' post-graduation experience in architecture or construction. You'll collaborate with our architects and site teams, produce technical drawings, ensure compliance with regulations, manage documentation, and support feasibility and regulatory submissions.
Your role
* Develop & revise technical drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with stakeholders (clients, engineers, contractors).
* Undertake site inspections and surveys.
* Maintain project documentation.
* Assist with client presentations and regulatory submissions.
* Assisting our Assigned Certifier team with compliance inspections and documentation.
About you
* Bachelor's in Architecture/Architectural Technology.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
* Strong understanding of Irish Building regulations and supporting Standards and codes.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* LEED/BIM certification& MCIAT membership a plus.
