* Accountabilities:

* Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in project management or organizational change functions; a master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, operational processes, and cross-functional initiatives.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of guiding teams to achieve objectives.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities in complex and dynamic environments.
* Effective communication and influence skills for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage budgets, P&L responsibilities, or departmental resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
