Key Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person, converting inquiries into service appointments whenever possible.
* Prominently display and process all relevant service documentation.
* Welcome clients warmly and promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
* Coordinate the exchange and return of vehicles to clients.
* Negotiate costs, timelines, and service/repair details with clients.
* Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding vehicle progress, obtaining approval for any additional work when necessary.
* Collaborate effectively with management, reception, warranty, parts, and sales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
