Fast Facts 9 clinics across Dublin and growing nationwide 40+ team members in Dunlaoghaire Clinic, working across 6 active surgeries 7 days per week service, from early mornings to late evenings, to maximize accessibility for patients Continuous investment in training - from implantology to sedation, including international clinical courses Purpose of the role The Dental Nurse will be a key member of the Bray, Wicklow clinic team, supporting a wide range of dental specialists while ensuring excellent patient care, efficient clinical flow, and compliance with strict infection control protocols.
This position plays a central role in delivering the high standards of quality and care that Truly Dental is known for.
Key Responsibilities Assist dentists and specialists in a wide range of treatments (general, orthodontics, prosthodontics, implants).
Ensure rigorous crossinfection control and adherence to hygiene protocols.
Prepare surgeries for daily clinical use and manage instruments/equipment.
Support with patient care, comfort, and communication throughout their visit.
Coordinate with the reception and clinical teams to maintain smooth patient flow.
Contribute to maintaining accurate patient records using Exact or similar dental software.
Requirements - Competencies Skills Education Qualification in Dental Nursing preferred.
Nonqualified candidates with minimum 6 months dental nursing experience will also be considered.
Experience At least 6 months' experience in dental nursing.
Experience across multiple treatments desirable but not essential (training provided).
Knowledge Skills Strong infection control and surgery preparation skills.
Familiarity with dental software (Exact preferred, training available).
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced clinical environment.
Excellent communication skills and professional patient interaction.
Fluent English (verbal and written) required.

Work pattern: 5 days/week, including weekends on a rotating schedule.
