The Collective is a jewellery shop specialising in bespoke, personalised ring-making and
welded bracelets. Our Studio offering allows clients to select a design and customise it -
texturing, stamping, resizing, machine engraving -and watch it come to life in our Drury
Street studio space. At The Collective Dublin we pride ourselves on a warm, collaborative,

Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly, well-organised jewellery maker to support our customised ring-
making offering. It is imperative for the role that you are a jewellery maker, able to solder, polish jewellery etc.
This is a part-time role (approximately 17 hours per week), working three days per week, including some weekend availability. The role begins mid - end of November to allow time for training. You'll help ensure the smooth running of the studio experience: from client greeting and interaction to customising the ring for them or welding their bracelet, to maintaining studio presentation and finishing and polishing other castings.
Key Responsibilities
● Welcome clients into the studio space, ensuring a warm, professional first
impression.
● Assist clients with the customisation decisions and provide a brief orientation of the
experience.
● Support the in-studio experience: preparing workstations, polishing/cleaning finished
pieces, full customisation and finishing of jewellery.
● Maintain the studio area: ensure tools/benches are clean and organised, inventory of
materials is up to date, studio is presented to high standard.
● Collaborate with the wider team to help drive the bespoke studio offering and
enhance the client experience.
Hours & Schedule
● 3 days per week, approximately 17 hours in total.
● Days to include some weekend days- exact schedule to be agreed.
● Ideally flexible to cover sick days and or holiday days
● Role to commence mid - end of November.
Skills & Qualities
● Excellent customer-service skills: warm, friendly, professional demeanour;
comfortable interacting with clients in a premium service environment.
● Strong organisational skills: ability to multitask, keep the studio space running
smoothly and studio prep.
● Good attention to detail: high standards of presentation, finishing, cleanliness.
● Team-player: willing to assist where needed, proactive in spotting what needs doing.
● Able to solder, polish up castings and do all the basic levels of jewellery making.
Welded bracelets can be taught in house.
