We work two days in the office and three from home, but may be required to attend shoots, recces, workshops and meetings on non-office days.Role overviewAs an Account Executive, you will support the delivery of content marketing campaigns, working closely with Account Managers and Account Directors. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is eager to develop strong client, content and project management skills within an agency environment.As a Content Marketing Account Executive, you will be responsible for...Supporting the wider team in managing content marketing projects from start to finish.Developing content ideas and write clear, engaging and purposeful content.Liaising with clients on day-to-day tasks, including amends, approvals, scheduling and updates.Assisting in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and third-party partners.Attending client meetings and take clear notes and briefings.Drafting creative briefs and overseeing the briefing of creatives.Building an understanding of clients' business objectives, target audiences and industry trends, supporting the development of effective content marketing strategies with guidance from your Account Manager/Director.Tracking, analysing and helping report on content marketing performance.Supporting regular client check-ins and reviews, helping to identify opportunities for improvement.Assisting with project management of content development across multiple channels.Supporting the drafting of creative briefs and the development of moodboards and treatments, helping to ensure outputs are high quality and aligned with the brand, under the guidance of the Account Manager/Director.Supporting the planning and delivery of photography and videography shoots, including assisting with shoot logistics, attending shoots where required, coordinating amends, and ensuring assets are tracked and delivered on schedule under the guidance of the Account Manager/Director.Supporting Account Managers and Account Directors by identifying potential opportunities to extend briefs or add value for clients, flagging ideas and insights rather than owning commercial conversations.Demonstrating good judgement by flagging risks, issues or concerns early to Account Managers or Account Directors.Assisting with project costings, budgets, and assembling third parties.Providing event and shoot support where required.Required qualifications & skills1–3 years' experience in an agency or similar content marketing environment.Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise professionally with clients.Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills, with a desire to continuously improve.Good knowledge of social media platforms, best practices and trends, and a strong interest in creating social content (reels, stories and posts) for both clients and Zahra-owned channels.Understanding of different content marketing mediums across print and digital channels.Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.An interest in, or exposure to, event and experiential projects, with a willingness to support planning and on-the-day delivery.An interest in food and a basic understanding of food content is an advantage, but not essential.If you are a self-motivated and client-focused individual with a passion for content marketing and fostering strong relationships, we would love to hear from you.
