Process Improvement Engineer
This position involves contributing to Kaizen events, designing qualification/validation documentation, executing change controls and equipment/qualification validation programs.
* The successful candidate will also serve as technical engineering representative for internal discussions and represent Operations at global forums.
* Perform root cause analysis of system failures using standard tools

Skill requirements include knowledge of process monitoring systems, automation systems (DeltaV), operational intelligence & data systems (Pi System) within a GMP manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred from a science or engineering background with at least three years of experience in the field. Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) setting is ideal. The role requires continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
