About us


Job Description:

* We are looking for a Servicing and Operations Director to lead our team and drive business growth in the Service and Maintenance sector.

This role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing a team of service professionals, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our customers. You will be responsible for implementing processes to improve operational efficiency, developing a growth strategy for the Service and Maintenance business, and collaborating with other teams to achieve overall company goals.

Main Responsibilities:

Service Operations

- Oversee day-to-day activities of the Service department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

- Manage service jobs per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with monthly reviews of work orders and reporting.

- Ensure all repair jobs are administered using the company ERP system, including pricing, quotations, and estimations for customers.

Team Management & Development

- Manage and grow the existing team to support sustainable business growth while maintaining high service standards.

- Collaborate with HR to implement training and upskilling programs for team members.

Business Growth & Strategy

- Develop and implement a growth strategy for the Service and Maintenance business to meet current and future client demands.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify, plan, and implement a continuous improvement program for the repair and service business.

Reporting & Communication

- Issue monthly performance reports and KPIs to the Group Senior Team.

Key Competencies:

Servicing and Operations Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proven ability to implement and optimize processes for operational efficiency.

- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

Management Skills:

- Ability to empower the Service team through training to improve their skills and knowledge.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar managerial role within the Service and Repairs industry. Familiarity with Municipal, Industrial, and Commercial markets in Ireland is an advantage.
