Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a genuine love for nail artistry, and a commitment to delivering top-tier client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, BIAB, and nail art
* Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-stocked workstation
* Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable treatments
* Stay up to date with the latest nail trends, products, and techniques
* Promote retail products and aftercare advice where appropriate
* Uphold salon standards and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and certifications in Nail Technology
* Minimum 1 year of salon experience preferred
* Proficiency in gel polish, BIAB, and nail art (experience with extensions is a plus)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* High standards of hygiene and professionalism
* Passion for beauty and a desire to continually learn and improve
