We are now seeking to appoint an Events Executive, reporting to the Head of Operations and Events. Events Executive will work closely with the Senior Events Executive to deliver successful events across the Bauer Media Group portfolio.
This hands-on role will deliver strong event experiences for our audience and client partners ranging from outside broadcasts, live stage shows and activations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working across a number of different disciplines, including event planning, event management and delivery, PR, social, merchandise and client management.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing event delivery, including setup, execution, and de-rigging.
* Supporting event ideation, pitching, pre-planning, ticketing, and supplier coordination.
* Conducting site visits and recces to assess venue suitability.
* Representing BMAI brands professionally while liaising with the public, partners, and stakeholders.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Programming, and Technical teams.
* Managing third-party relationships (clients, sponsors, councils, festivals, suppliers)
* Overseeing branding, merchandise, project timelines, budgets, KPIs, and post-event reporting
* travelling as needed for site visits, venue management, and support regional event delivery.

* You have experience collaborating with third-party suppliers in the Irish marketplace
* You have a flexible attitude and understand that events regularly require evening and weekend hour, a TOIL policy is in operation
* You can prioritise multiple tasks, and work accurately and effectively with a minimum of supervision

* Previous events experience, ideally in setup, delivery and derig of events in the field of live broadcast entertainment
* You must have a full driving licence with limited penalty points
* Experience in manual handling techniques and health and safety protocols are an advantage
* Experience of working with consumer-led brands is desirable but not essential
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
