Supply Chain Resilience Program Mgr
– Johnson & Johnson
Locations: Raritan, NJ; Cork, Ireland; Zug, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic resilience programs and/or workstreams for MedTech.
Analyze complex resilience problems and translate them into clear and structured mitigation action plans.
Ensure strong project management and governance processes are in place, and driven with appropriate controls, metrics, and leadership updates.
Lead execution effectively, timely, and on budget.
Challenge the program team to find opportunities for more effective and efficient delivery of the program objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree; preferred in Science, Business, Engineering, or other technical discipline.
Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or Risk Management.
Strong understanding of business-unit supply chains and end-to-end (E2E) platforms in the MedTech industry preferred.
Experience in trade controls, trade compliance, integration of multiple data sources, data analysis, or mitigating supply-chain risks.
Strong analytical skills.
Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams or initiatives.
High level of energy, enthusiasm, tact, and ability to engage with senior executives.
Knowledge of project management and program management methodologies, processes, and tools (e.g., FPX, PMP, PMI/PMBOK).
Role may involve up to 20% travel, both domestically and internationally.
