Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAdvise on the development of strategic, co-created Integrated Evidence Plans to support regulatory success, market success, and clinical adoption.Guide squads in identifying evidence gaps and prioritizing high-impact opportunities across functionsPromote patient-centered, above-brand evidence strategies to reduce silos and drive innovationApply impact frameworks to assess business value and inform decision-makingEnsure global relevance by integrating input from priority countries like US, China, Germany, and JapanFacilitate external validation of evidence gaps and proposed solutionsDrive continuous improvement of IEP processes through stakeholder feedback and optimizationAct as internal thought leader and change agent for Integrated Evidence Planning excellenceCollaborate cross-functionally to ideate evidence solutions that support labeling, access, and adoptionChampion a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that embraces innovation and true integrated evidence generation.Essential RequirementsAdvanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferredSolid experience in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generationProven leadership in cross-functional teams and managing change in complex global environmentsStrong expertise in interventional, non-interventional trial design and real-world evidence methodologiesExcellent communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse global audiencesQuickly build credibility, influence, and respect; set ambitious goals; and inspire collaboration among peers and stakeholdersDesirable RequirementsDeep understanding of drug development, regulatory landscapes, and healthcare systems across geographiesExtensive industry experiences generating evidence for assets across different stages of drug development.
