Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to create growth across Leinster, someone who loves the buzz of closing deals, building relationships, and helping businesses succeed.
You’ll be the face of Barespace in your territory, generating leads and turning them into loyal customers through demos, discovery calls, and authentic connection. This isn’t a “sit back” kind of sales role, it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and full of opportunity.

What You’ll Do
* Create Growth: Drive new business growth across Leinster with full end-to-end responsibility.
* Full Sales Cycle: Manage discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing with confidence.
* Showcase the Value: Deliver engaging demos that show salons how Barespace transforms their business.
* Build Your Pipeline: Stay on top of leads and opportunities using our CRM.
* Smash Your Targets: Consistently meet (and exceed) your monthly goals.
* Collaborate to Win: Work closely with BDRs, onboarding, and marketing to create a seamless client journey.
* Sell with Purpose: Understand each salon’s goals and tailor solutions to help them grow.
What You’ll Need
* 1–2 years’ experience in sales (SaaS, tech, or beauty industry experience is a plus).
* OR Experience in a Salon Environment
* Confidence in running sales calls, handling objections, and closing deals.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivation, drive, and a love for hitting targets.
* Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
* Full Irish driver’s licence and your own transport.
Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience selling SaaS or Beauty tech.
* A proven track record of exceeding quota.
* A genuine passion for helping small businesses grow.
