We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial SalesAdvisor to join a large, dynamic, and fast-paced office-based team.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a results-driven individual with a strong background in financial services and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service.
The successful candidate will manage a consistent flow of inbound financial enquiries generated through high-performing marketing channels.
This role is well-suited to a candidate who thrives in a structured team environment, possesses excellent communication and organisational skills, and is focused on delivering commercially successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality Financial advice to prospective and existing clients via phone and email.
Manage and progress applications in a compliant and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal platforms.
Identify cross-selling opportunities in areas such as Mortgage, life insurance, pensions, and savings (training provided).
Collaborate with internal administrative and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Candidate Requirements: Preferred qualifications APA L / QFA.
/ or Agreement to attend on-the-job training & study for QFA qualification Experience gained ideally within a brokerage - Alternative sales experience will be considered.. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven track record in a sales-oriented environment.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
