Job Description
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will lead and implement change with particular reference to HIQA standards. You will display leadership, innovation, and creativity through your work with staff and residents.
You will carry out audits of all aspects of nursing care, including medication management, daily spot checks for checklists used by nursing and care assistant staff. You will also receive, supervise, and oversee the reception of new residents.
