Job Opportunity:
We have an exciting role for a skilled Coordinator to support our Global Manufacturing client in Cork.
* Provide administrative support for key initiatives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
* Manage the Director's calendar, prioritize tasks, and communicate with stakeholders.
* Maintain operational reports, gather data, and create visualizations.
* Prepare and share internal communications, including emails and agendas.
* Cover Executive Assistant duties at the Cork Campus.
* Organize events and travel arrangements for global stakeholders.
* Process expenses and administer benefits for Team Members.
* Prepare documentation and manage multiple priorities.
* Establish strong relationships with teams and key stakeholders.
* Coordinate sensitive business information and support site projects.
Principal Qualifications:
* Proven experience assisting senior leaders and working with diverse groups.
* Digital savvy with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Self-management, organizational skills, and excellent communication (oral and written).
* Attention to detail and ability to manage complex workloads.
* Knowledge of process improvement methods and standard work.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide security for sensitive information.
