Job Opportunity:
The Person In Charge is a key leadership role responsible for delivering person-centred services to adults and children in designated centres.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead clinical practice and serve as a role model, promoting excellence in care provision.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for individuals supported and staff members.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality nursing standards, protocols, and guidelines.
To be successful, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory roles within health or social care settings. Registration on the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) is also required.
