The Role
As a Finance & Capital Markets Solicitor, you will:
Advise on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions
Work on securitisations (ABS, CMBS, CLOs, RMBS) and private credit
Support on fund finance, real estate finance and loan portfolio sales
Assist with derivatives, risk transfer and ESG/green finance products
Collaborate with international offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
Engage directly with high-profile domestic and global clients
The Person
The ideal Finance & Capital Markets Solicitor will have:
2+ years’ PQE in finance, structured finance or debt capital markets
Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
