Reserving Expert

We are seeking a skilled Reserving Expert to join our team. This role involves technical reserve assessments and independent opinions, influencing strategic decisions across the global insurance business.


The key responsibilities of this position include:



* Conducting regular technical and reserve valuation analyses across relevant lines of business

* Developing and selecting reserving assumptions and methodologies, reviewing, challenging, and ensuring their appropriateness

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of underwriting, claims assessment connections as well as excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Policies dictate that applicants must be qualified actuaries with at least two years post-qualification experience. Proficiency in Excel SQL VBA Python Power Query data analytics techniques is required for successful performance analysis. Additional requirements including adaptability capacity in new situations teamwork organizational skills
