About Your New Job
As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in field operations, supporting customers through commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnostics, and breakdown repair of biomass boiler systems. This is a field-based position that involves regular travel to customer sites, with full support from the technical and customer service teams.
In your new role, you will:
* Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot biomass boiler systems on-site.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and clear communication during visits.
* Deliver detailed service reports and photo documentation of all works completed.
* Liaise with the Customer Service Manager to ensure efficient job scheduling.
* Train end users on the technical operation of systems when required.
What Skills You Need
* A strong mechanical, electrical, or boiler maintenance background – ideally with experience in single and three-phase power systems.
* Basic plumbing knowledge and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* A full, clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally.
* Strong communication and IT/reporting skills.
* A positive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to grow and develop within the team.
