Gleneagle Arena is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our
Event Ushering Team

As an Event Usher, you'll help create a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests by guiding attendees, enforcing health and safety protocols, and assisting with event logistics. You'll have the unique opportunity to see behind the scenes, watch your favourite gigs, and learn how successful events come together.
About The Role
What You'll Do
* Attend concerts, gigs, conferences, and events as part of the ushering team.
* Ensure guests have a great experience by offering helpful, friendly service.
* Monitor compliance with health and safety protocols throughout events.
* Support crowd management and assist guests with any questions or issues.
* Work closely with a diverse and energetic team to deliver seamless events.

Training & Hours
Full training will be provided before you start.
* Shifts typically in the evenings and weekends.
* Hours range from 12 to 24 per week, with scheduling that considers your availability.
