Client Service Advisor

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Client Service Advisor; the primary purpose of this role is to perform the broking role for a portfolio of clients and provide a superior level of client service supporting the business in achieving their objectives. Our objectives are expressed in terms of client, financials, people, and operational excellence.
The Role
Main responsibilities include:
* Perform the broking role for a portfolio of clients, dealing with renewals, claims, and all mid-term alterations and queries.
* Achieve the best client service in an efficient and friendly manner, ensuring all client deadlines are met.
* Develop an understanding of each client's business and culture.
* Support and identify opportunities to enable growth of existing client accounts.
* Foster beneficial insurer relationships.
* Follow company procedures for renewals and new business.
* Maintain company and regulatory standards/requirements, including compliance.
* Participate in project work.
* Provide technical support to colleagues and help resolve client problems.
* Build relationships and support various teams across local and offshore business.
* Act as an ambassador to WTW’s purpose, values, and culture, understanding our clients' businesses.
Qualifications
The Requirements
* Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification.
* Previous experience working for an insurer or broker.
* Strong client advocacy skills.
* Desire to take early responsibility.
* Passion for learning about and understanding the insurance industry.
* Hardworking, proactive, and flexible.
* Problem-solving capabilities.
* Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
