As our new Quality, Health & Safety & Environmental (QHSE) Manager, you will work directly with the Managing Director and play a leading role in achieving four major ISO certifications for the company:

What You Will Be Doing
You will receive full training and support to take on responsibilities such as:
* Helping build our full Integrated Management System (IMS)
* Supporting internal audits, risk assessments and safety checks
* Managing environmental and waste practices
* Supporting warehouse and delivery safety
* Assisting with information security processes
* Creating digital forms, dashboards and automated workflows
* Using AI tools to analyse data, produce reports and streamline QHSE tasks
This is a modern, digital-first QHSE role designed for someone who wants to learn fast and progress quickly.

Who We're Looking For
We want someone who is:
* A fast learner with strong analytical ability

Qualifications (Ideal but Flexible)
A degree (1:1 or strong 2:1 preferred) in:
* Environmental Science
* Health & Safety
* Engineering
* Science
* Quality Management
* Data / Analytics
* Construction / Built Environment
* Any degree showing strong analytical ability
You do not need years of experience — you just need the ability and willingness to learn quickly.
