Job Title
We are seeking a talented HR professional to take control of the people function for a rapidly expanding food manufacturing site. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programmes to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
* Create a positive company culture delivering a progressive experience for employees
* Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes
* Drive employee engagement and relationships within the factory
Requirements
* Third Level qualification in a HR related discipline, preferably CIPD certified
* At least 3 years' experience in a HR Manager or Generalist position in a medium enterprise, ideally in FMCG manufacturing
* A proven record of delivering value added HR solutions and initiatives
* A passion for people and organisation development
* Ability to work cross functionally across a business collaborating with all stakeholders
* People management experience is desirable
