Job Title: Project Management Expert
The role of the Project Management Expert involves overseeing project planning, budgeting, scheduling and control. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust planning, timely delivery, cost management and risk mitigation across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and cost plans.
* Oversee performance measurement, forecasting and reporting.
* Implement and manage earned value management systems and tools.
* Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in project controls leadership on large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost systems.
* Proficiency in earned value management and performance reporting.
* Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in rail, utilities or transport infrastructure.
