About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Professional to play a pivotal role in delivering customized BPO solutions. As part of our team, you will ensure clients achieve consistent high performance and meet their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and enhance employee performance through coaching on quality and market-specific requirements.
* Support Market Team Leads to educate and develop all representatives.
* Provide backup to the training department as needed.
* Attend meetings to review results.
* Perform data analysis to establish trends.
* Assist Training and Quality Leads in preparing projects to drive quality and operational delivery.
* Handle quality systems onsite.
* Perform administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, and/or Content Quality Assurance related fields in the Social Media industry.
* Proficiency in English (C1 or above) and the specific language advertised (C1 or above).
* Flexibility to work across shifts.
