Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital and visual assets that enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and support commercial objectives.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on designing visually compelling content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising that reflects the brand's identity and tone.
The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Design Delivery: Create engaging designs for social media platforms, ensuring they are optimized for each channel and device.
* Develop high-quality visual assets such as photography, graphics, and video content for marketing use.
* Assist in creating and maintaining design templates and assets for group-wide use.
* Brand Consistency: Work closely with the Brand & Communications team to ensure all creative output meets brand guidelines.
* Maintain a library of up-to-date design assets for group-wide use.
* Assist in updating website content and visuals to keep online platforms fresh and aligned with business goals.
* Campaign Support: Partner with the Digital Marketing team to translate campaign concepts into effective creative assets.
* Liaise with external agencies and suppliers when required, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
* Support other teams with creative requests, adapting designs for different audiences and purposes.
Performance Awareness: Use analytics tools to inform creative decisions and optimize design performance. Test and refine design elements based on audience engagement and campaign results.
