I'm partnering with a leading Irish insurer to recruit an experienced, relationship‑driven Sales Executive for a field‑based role covering the Naas area.
If you enjoy meeting clients on the road, managing a mix of Agri and Commercial policies, and building long‑term relationships in your local community, this could be a fantastic next step.
About the role:
You'll manage a portfolio that includes
larger, more complex policies
, so your conversations will often involve understanding a client's farm, their machinery, their risks, or the structure of their commercial operation.
That means
every day looks a little different:
one morning you might be visiting a dairy farmer to review their renewal, and that afternoon you could be meeting a local business owner to discuss expanding their cover.
There's a strong
new business element
, but it's not cold calling — it's relationship‑driven. You'll be supported by a well‑known brand with a strong local presence, and you'll have the autonomy to grow your patch in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

We're looking for someone with:
* Proven sales experience (insurance or related commercial background) -
is a must
* Strong knowledge of farming or SME business
* APA/CIP/Grandfathered status (or working toward CIP) -
is a must
* A genuine passion for meeting customers and growing business locally
