Mechanical and Electrical T&C coordinator Key Responsibilities
* Reports to Contracts Manager and Mechanical and Electrical services manager for allocation of tasks
* Review and reporting of Mechanical and Electrical systems progression on site, in preparation of testing and commissioning.
* Review and reporting of area building completions in preparation of testing and commissioning.
* Attend and report out at commissioning whiteboards
* Attend and report out on Testing and Commissioning and QA/QC items as part of Mechanical and Electrical Co-Ordination Meetings
* Report out on progress of project commissioning programme
* Review and reporting of Mechanical and Electrical systems quality on site. Work with relevant Mechanical and Electrical contractor QA/QC leads for identifying issues and closure of same
* Complete regular audits of Mechanical and Electrical contractors' quality plan on site
* Attending and checking Mechanical and Electrical aspects wall/ceiling closure QA/QC checks
* Complete and follow up on closure of temporary electric audits
* Participate and attend as required on design team and client mechanical and electrical system demonstrations for PC & BCAR
* Assist in the production and upload of BCAR and Safety File Data documentation
Skills / Experience Required For The Role
* A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent IT skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite
* Ability to navigate BIM Models
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good planning and organisation skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
* Excellent time management & organisational skills
