We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our hotel in Kerry, Ireland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key functions within the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and collaboration with other department managers.
* Manage front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance functions to deliver top-quality results.
* Collaborate with other department managers to provide operational support and achieve business objectives.
* SUPPORT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BY PROVIDING EFFECTIVE SERVICE.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 2 years of experience in a hotel or golf club environment.
* Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, organisational, and time management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This is a 6-month contract position available for spring and summer months. Meals on duty and free parking are provided. Additional benefits will be discussed at the interview stage.
