Hotel Operations Executive
This role oversees daily hotel operations to ensure efficient service across departments.
* Collaborate with senior management on operational targets and strategic planning.
* Lead and motivate departmental managers, providing training and development opportunities.
* Develop and implement sales initiatives in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing team.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company standards, and quality control measures.
* Prioritize exceptional guest experience at all times.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Hotel Operations Manager in a busy hotel environment.
* Strong knowledge of hospitality systems, including food & beverage and event management.
* Demonstrated success in people management and achieving operational objectives.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
