The team is comprised of experienced professionals who specialize in governance, scheme design, investment consulting, provider research, and technical expertise.

In today's rapidly changing market landscape, we need individuals who can adapt quickly and lead by example.
This role has been designed to support the lead consultant on mid-size to large and complex clients.
You will provide support in reviewing work produced by analysts using Mercer software/tools, manage client budgets, and assist internal teams with defined contribution issues.
Clients will include corporate sponsors, trustee boards, and governance committees.
You will be responsible for expanding your understanding of client needs and assisting more senior colleagues in formulating plans to grow revenue and strengthen relationships.
This includes attending client meetings to support senior colleagues and assisting in preparation, including the production of meeting papers and supporting the management of actions.
You will also be expected to promote Mercer in the market place.
What you need to have:
* DC Pensions consulting experience (or similar)
* Be studying, or prepared to study for a professional qualification (e.g. PMI, CII, CFA, IMC)
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Project management experience (not essential)
