Technical Sales Role
The position involves leading the technical sales strategy and collaborating with engineering teams to drive business development.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a sales strategy with strong technical foundations for engineered systems and solutions.
* Engage in solution-based selling, working closely with clients to understand technical requirements.
* Support and lead technical pre-sales activities, including system design reviews and specification development.
* Collaborate with the Engineering Department for accurate system design and feasibility assessments.
* Provide input and oversight for engineering-related project planning and subcontractor coordination.
Qualifications
Engineering degree (Mechanical, HVAC, or related) is strongly preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or project delivery within a manufacturing, HVAC, or construction-tech environment is required.
