The Duties
Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a high standard of service at all times
Lead, train, and develop a team of bar staff to achieve excellent performance
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Ensure all health & safety and licensing regulations are strictly adhered to
Drive sales and implement initiatives to maximise revenue and profitability
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Monitor staff performance and maintain a positive team culture
Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives
The Requirements to be Considered
Must have experience in Hospitality
Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
Visa and relocation packages are not provided
