Bloomfield House Hotel is now recruiting for experienced Food and Beverage staff to join our team.
Considered applicants must be avaliable for midweek and weekend work from September.

Key Duties & Objectives
To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar/restuaruant at all times
Have thorough knowledge of service standards required for food and beverage service.
To co-operate with colleagues and other departments to ensure the best possible service.
Take orders and assists guests with any questions regarding menus or beverage.
Serve guests as per established standards.
Stock up and replenish service points as necessary
Be fully flexible from September
Experience Required
Must be available for flexible hours
Similar experience is a requirement.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken is also required
