People AdministratorWorking hours: 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday & ThursdaySalary: €15.00 per hourLocation: SwordsAbout Mitie Mitie provides a wide range of facilities management (FM) services across Ireland, Europe, and the UK.
These are delivered as integrated FM contracts, in bundles or as single services, depending on client requirements.
Our service areas include technical services, energy and building services, cleaning, security, front of house and consultancy. Our premise is simple: the exceptional, every day.Key responsibilities: Managing the IPS Inbox Managing the Mitie Mi-Recognition portal, user resets, balances, adding awards to the portal Managing the Long term service process, issuing of monthly awards. Management of all sick leave, adding sick leave to Mi Leave, recording all sick leave on the Mitie sick leave tracker.
