A leading Tier 1 Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major project in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team delivering large-scale, award-winning construction projects across Ireland.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements and site procedures
Manage site logistics, welfare facilities, and overall site setup
Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and compliance with project standards
Monitor programme progress and report delays or risks
Review RAMS and ensure all site personnel are inducted and compliant
Maintain site records, daily diaries, and progress reporting
Liaise with Project Manager, design team, clients, and stakeholders
Support commercial and cost control processes through accurate site reporting
Maintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping, and site presentation
Requirements
Construction-related degree or equivalent qualification
5–10+ years’ experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
Strong site management experience on €10m+ projects
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Strong knowledge of H&S, QA/QC, and construction programmes
Salary & Package
€75k – €85k
