As a Functional Specialist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to understand how an individual's health conditions impact their daily life. Your findings will inform the Department for Work and Pensions' decisions, supporting people with disabilities and health conditions across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting holistic assessments (virtually and face-to-face) to understand how individuals' health conditions impact their daily lives
* Producing up to three detailed clinical reports per day
* Working in a hybrid pattern with occasional travel to your local centre
* Benefiting from a structured day, with built-in time for CPD, breaks, and admin
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* To be a qualified nurse, mental health nurse, OT, physio, paramedic or doctor registered with NMC/HCPC/GMC
* To have at least one year of experience
* To possess strong communication and IT skills
* To be eager to learn and contribute to a meaningful mission
